Buildings Breeding Break Up

Dearest Friends and Family,

We regret to inform you of our demise. We are ever so humble and grateful for all of your love and support through out the years. It has been so pleasing to share our little group with all of you. As we disband we do not do so on a sad note, we have had a full run with no regrets or disappointments​.​
We will not leave you empty handed, our farewell record entitled “Kite Fire” will be due out in November. It is by far the most proud we have been since releasing the “Buildings Breeding” LP. We hope you will find the same joy in it as we had creating it.

We will be playing four final shows:

Oct. 8th at Sophia’s, Davis w/ The Mumlers
Oct. 24th at Old Ironsides Sacramento.
Nov. 20th, at TBA Sacramento.
Nov. 21st at Delta of Venus, Davis.

Recordings new songs

So, we are setting out to start the long haul of recording our next album. We start in August and we are really excited to lay down some new tracks. We will keep you all posted in the process. Tentative working titles include:

Death On Tax Day
Kite Fire
Anchor Song
Rings Gold
Lies Of Love
The Losing Touch

Finished Tour, new songs in the works

Well, we have just finished touring with one of our favorite bands ever, Boomsnake. They we're so awesome, we all truly miss them and hope to do it again. Our last two dates we pretty exciting, we played at home in a park show with well over 1000 attendees. It was a huge rush. Our record release show was awesome as well. Thank you to everyone who made it out to the shows. We are currently looking to go out on the road again in August. I'll keep everyone informed on these dates.
Later in June we are hoping to head to the Hanger in Sacramento and lay down some new tunes. A couple are completed as well as a few nearing completion. I'm very excited on how the new ones are turning out. Keep you posted!

Hello, We recently received our test pressings for the vinyl LP "In the Key of Calloused Fingers". We gave it the go-ahead and expect to see the completed copies around May 5th. We will be touring California (click for tour dates) in support of the release coming out on Devil In The Woods . You may purchase your copy on our myspace page.

April 28th we will be releasing a vinyl only LP. The first pressing will be limited to 300 copies on sea-foam green vinyl. We will keep you posted in the coming weeks on how you can pre-order it. Remember: there is ONLY 300 COPIES!
